A region is defined by y <= 4x - 6. Should the boundary line be solid or dashed, and why?

y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 6, y = 216. Work out y when x = 3.
- 3Spheres and Cones3 marks
A cone has base radius 9 cm and vertical height 12 cm. Work out its volume, leaving your answer in terms of pi.
- 4Probability Trees3 marks
A bag holds 4 red and 8 blue counters. Two are taken without replacement. Work out the probability both are red.
- 5Box Plots2 marks
A box plot has minimum 8, lower quartile 16, median 24, upper quartile 33 and maximum 42. Work out the interquartile range.
