y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 5, y = 75. Work out y when x = 2.

a is the column vector (-4, 6) and b is (-5, 6). Work out 4a - 3b as a column vector.
- 3Probability Trees3 marks
3 of 7 bulbs in a box are faulty. Two are taken with replacement. Work out the probability at least one is faulty.
- 4Box Plots2 marks
A box plot has minimum 13, lower quartile 21, median 29, upper quartile 34 and maximum 38. Work out the interquartile range.
- 5Recurring Decimals to Fractions3 marks
Write the recurring decimal 0.4848... as a fraction in its simplest form.
