6 of 9 bulbs in a box are faulty. Two are taken with replacement. Work out the probability at least one is faulty.
- 2Box Plots2 marks
A box plot has minimum 3, lower quartile 7, median 16, upper quartile 20 and maximum 28. Work out the interquartile range.
- 3Bounds2 marks
A mass is 8.5 kg, correct to 1 decimal place. Write down the upper bound.
- 4Trigonometric and Exponential Graphs2 marks
The curve y = 6^x is drawn. Work out y when x = 1, and write down where the curve crosses the y-axis.
- 5Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 6, y = 288. Work out y when x = 7.
