The point (1, -3) is enlarged by scale factor -3 about the centre (-4, 2). Write down the coordinates of the image.

In a Venn diagram, 9 are in A only, 6 in B only, 11 in both and 1 in neither. Work out the probability a random one is in both.
- 3Cumulative Frequency2 marks
Four classes in order have frequencies 8, 7, 3, 11. Write down the cumulative frequency at the end of the third class.
- 4Reverse Percentages3 marks
A bill is £168 including VAT at 20%. Work out the amount before VAT.
- 5Parallel and Perpendicular Lines3 marks
A line has equation y = -2x + 9. Work out the gradient of any line perpendicular to it.
