y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 3, y = 81. Work out y when x = 4.

A sphere has radius 15 cm. Work out its volume, leaving your answer in terms of pi.

4 of 9 bulbs in a box are faulty. Two are taken with replacement. Work out the probability at least one is faulty.
- 4Box Plots2 marks
A box plot has minimum 6, lower quartile 15, median 25, upper quartile 27 and maximum 31. Work out the interquartile range.
- 5Fractional and Negative Indices3 marks
Work out 216^(2/3).
