Two similar shapes have lengths in the ratio 1 : 5. The smaller has an area of 13 cm^2. Work out the area of the larger.
- 3Conditional Probability3 marks
19 students study Spanish and 11 of those also study Art. One Spanish student is picked at random. Work out the probability they study Art.
- 4Histograms2 marks
A histogram class is 4 units wide and contains 8 values. Work out the frequency density.
- 5Standard Form2 marks
Work out (6 x 10^6) x (5 x 10^5). Give your answer in standard form.
