A circle has a diameter of 24 cm. Work out its area, to 1 decimal place.
- 2Probability (Foundation)2 marks
A bag holds 8 red, 9 blue and 9 green counters. One is taken at random. Work out the probability it is green.
- 3Stem and Leaf2 marks
On a stem and leaf diagram the stem 7 has the leaves 3, 4, 6, 8. Write down the largest of those values.
- 4Fractions, Decimals and Percentages2 marks
Write 37.5% as a decimal.
- 5Writing an Expression2 marks
Yusuf has n sweets. Aisha has 6 times as many, plus 6 more. Write an expression for how many that is.
