Two parallel lines are cut by a transversal. One of the angles formed is 63 degrees. State the size of the co-interior (allied) angle on the same side of the transversal, and explain why.

A map has a scale of 1:20000. Two towns are 7cm apart on the map. Work out the real distance between them, in km.
- 3Statistics, Probability and Data Depth
A class recorded how many books each of 25 students read in a month: 5 students read 0-2 books, 12 students read 3-5 books, and 8 students read 6-8 books. Using midpoints 1, 4 and 7, estimate the mean number of books read.
