A map has a scale of 1:20000. Two towns are 7cm apart on the map. Work out the real distance between them, in km.
- 5Statistics, Probability and Data Depth
A drawer contains 4 black socks and 6 white socks only. Two socks are taken out at random, one after another, without replacement. Work out the probability that both socks are white.
