A quadratic sequence starts 9, 17, 33, 57. Work out the second difference, and the coefficient of n^2.
- 4Velocity Time Graphs2 marks
On a velocity-time graph a car speeds up in a straight line from 5 m/s to 45 m/s over 20 seconds. Work out the acceleration.
- 53d Pythagoras and Trigonometry3 marks
A cuboid measures 7 cm by 4 cm by 12 cm. Work out the length of the longest diagonal inside it, to 1 decimal place.
