A rectangle is 4 cm by 11 cm, each correct to the nearest cm. Work out the upper bound of its area.

f(x) = 5x - 1 and g(x) = 6x - 4. Work out fg(3).
- 4Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 5, y = 225. Work out the positive value of x when y = 729.
- 53d Pythagoras and Trigonometry3 marks
A cuboid measures 13 cm by 14 cm by 11 cm tall. Work out the angle between its longest internal diagonal and the base, to 1 decimal place.
