Rationalise the denominator of 24/sqrt(3), giving your answer in its simplest form.
- 4Iteration3 marks
Use the iteration x(n+1) = cube root of (8x(n) + 4) with x(0) = 4. Work out x(1) to 3 decimal places.
- 5Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is inversely proportional to x^2. When x = 5, y = 9. Work out y when x = 3.
