A cyclist speeds up steadily from 5 m/s to 11 m/s over 8 seconds. Use the area under the velocity-time graph to find the distance travelled.

A cuboid measures 9 cm by 12 cm by 4 cm. Work out the length of the longest diagonal inside it, to 1 decimal place.
