- 1Bounds3 marks
A block has mass 540 g (to the nearest 10 g) and volume 16 cm^3 (to the nearest cm^3). Work out the upper bound of its density, to 2 decimal places.
- 2Trigonometric and Exponential Graphs2 marks
The curve y = cos x° is drawn for 0 <= x <= 360. Write down the value of y when x = 360.
- 3Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^3. When x = 2, y = 32. Work out y when x = 5.
- 4The Cosine Rule3 marks
A triangle has sides 18 cm, 10 cm and 11 cm. Work out the angle opposite the 18 cm side, to 1 decimal place.
- 5Probability Equation Questions3 marks
