Solve x^2 + 12x + 32 < 0.
- 4Direct and Inverse Proportion Depth3 marks
y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 5, y = 50. Work out the positive value of x when y = 32.
- 53d Pythagoras and Trigonometry3 marks
A cuboid measures 11 cm by 9 cm by 12 cm tall. Work out the angle between its longest internal diagonal and the base, to 1 decimal place.
