A cyclist speeds up steadily from 10 m/s to 29 m/s over 8 seconds. Use the area under the velocity-time graph to find the distance travelled.

A cuboid measures 3 cm by 11 cm by 14 cm. Work out the length of the longest diagonal inside it, to 1 decimal place.
