Work out the nth term of the quadratic sequence 6, 16, 32, 54, ...
- 4Velocity Time Graphs2 marks
On a velocity-time graph a car speeds up in a straight line from 8 m/s to 58 m/s over 20 seconds. Work out the acceleration.
- 5Perpendicular Lines and the equation of a tangent3 marks
The point (6, 8) lies on the circle x^2 + y^2 = 100. Work out the gradient of the tangent to the circle at that point.
