Work out (4 x 10^8) x (6 x 10^-5). Give your answer in standard form.

Work out the equation of the line parallel to y = x + 7 that passes through (6, -3).
- 4Direct and Inverse Proportion3 marks
y is directly proportional to x. When x = 6, y = 12. Work out y when x = 8.
- 5SOHCAHTOA (Trigonometry)3 marks
A right-angled triangle has sides 8 cm, 15 cm and 17 cm. Work out the angle opposite the 8 cm side, to 1 decimal place.
