Two similar solids have lengths in the ratio 1 : 2. The larger has a volume of 88 cm^3. Work out the volume of the smaller.

A bag holds 10 red and 2 blue counters. Two are taken without replacement. Work out the probability both are red.
- 3Box Plots2 marks
A box plot has minimum 1, lower quartile 8, median 11, upper quartile 20 and maximum 27. Work out the interquartile range.
- 4Surds2 marks
Write sqrt(45) in the form a sqrt(b), where b is as small as possible.
- 5Drawing Other Graphs: Cubic/Reciprocal2 marks
For the curve y = 45/x, work out y when x = -5, and write down the equation of its vertical asymptote.
