- 1st May 2008A code is 2 letters (A to Z) followed by 3 digits (0 to 9), and repeats are allowed. How many codes are possible?
- 2nd May 2008A line has equation y = -5x + 1. Work out the gradient of any line perpendicular to it.
- 3rd May 2008y is directly proportional to x^2. When x = 4, y = 112. Work out y when x = 5.
- 4th May 2008ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral. Angle ABC is 59°. Work out angle ADC.
- 5th May 200821 students study Spanish and 6 of those also study Art. One Spanish student is picked at random. Work out the probability they study Art.
- 6th May 200825 voles are marked and released. Later 32 are caught, of which 4 are marked. Estimate the population.
