A right-angled triangle has a hypotenuse of 9 cm and an angle of 49°. Work out the side opposite that angle, to 1 decimal place.

5 of 10 bulbs in a box are faulty. Two are taken with replacement. Work out the probability at least one is faulty.
- 4Capture Recapture2 marks
A capture-recapture estimate is made of the beetle population of a woodland. State one assumption the method relies on.
- 5Bounds2 marks
A mass is 4.1 kg, correct to 1 decimal place. Write down the upper bound.
