Two similar solids have lengths in the ratio 1 : 4. The larger has a volume of 1984 cm^3. Work out the volume of the smaller.

A bag holds 5 red and 2 blue counters. Two are taken without replacement. Work out the probability both are red.

Four classes in order have frequencies 11, 10, 5, 4. Write down the cumulative frequency at the end of the third class.

Work out 36^(3/2).
- 5Drawing Other Graphs: Cubic/Reciprocal2 marks
For the curve y = -9/x, work out y when x = -1, and write down the equation of its vertical asymptote.
