A line has gradient -4. Work out the gradient of a line perpendicular to it.

22 students study Spanish and 5 of those also study Art. One Spanish student is picked at random. Work out the probability they study Art.
- 4Box Plots2 marks
A box plot has minimum 12, lower quartile 18, median 22, upper quartile 31 and maximum 35. Work out the interquartile range.
- 5Standard Form2 marks
Work out (8 x 10^6) x (2 x 10^4). Give your answer in standard form.
