Your data, kept simple.
No accounts, no sign-up, no forms. The only optional data we collect is anonymous analytics - and only if you say yes.
Revision Library (revisionlibrary.co.uk) is a free library of printable revision materials for tutors and students, run from the UK. This page explains what little data the site touches, which cookies it can set, and the rights you have over your information.
Last updated: 2 July 2026.
What we collect
The site has no login and no sign-up, and we do not ask you for personal details anywhere. Two kinds of data can arise from using it:
- Pack details you type in. A student name or initials entered in Book Builder is used only to generate the PDF you asked for. It is sent to our server for that one request, printed onto your pack, and not stored afterwards.
- Standard server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps routine technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the service running, as any web host does.
Cookies and similar technology
Essential. The site stores two small values in your browser's local storage: your cookie choice (rl_cookie_consent_v1) and your light/dark theme preference (theme). These never leave your device and are needed for the site to remember your settings.
Analytics (optional). If - and only if - you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets first-party cookies (_ga and similar) and sends us anonymous, aggregated usage statistics so we can see which pages and tools are useful. Nothing analytics-related loads before you opt in. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Marketing. The consent banner includes a marketing category for completeness, but no advertising or remarketing scripts are in use on this site today.
Changing your cookie choices
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time. Press the button below and the cookie banner will reappear so you can pick again.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal data held about you, and to object to or port that data. Because the site keeps no accounts and stores no personal details, in most cases there is simply nothing held to request - but the rights apply all the same. You can also complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this policy
If how the site handles data changes (for example, if a new analytics or marketing tool is added), this page will be updated and, where the change is material, the cookie banner will ask for fresh consent.
Contact
A dedicated contact address for privacy questions is being set up and will be published here shortly.
