A box plot has minimum 3, lower quartile 13, median 19, upper quartile 28 and maximum 30. Work out the interquartile range.
- 3Prime Factors, HCF and LCM3 marks
Write 96 as a product of its prime factors, using index form.
- 4Drawing Other Graphs: Cubic/Reciprocal2 marks
For the curve y = -1/x, work out y when x = -1, and write down the equation of its vertical asymptote.
- 5Repeated Percentage Change3 marks
A town's population is 31500 and grows by 3% each year. Work out the population after 5 years, to the nearest whole number.
