- 1Proof of the Circle Theorems2 marks
In a circle theorem proof, a step uses the fact that the exterior angle of a cyclic quadrilateral is being found. State the reason being quoted.
- 2Probability Equation Questions3 marks
A bag holds 7 counters, r of them red. Two are taken without replacement and P(both red) = 10/21. Work out r.
- 3Histograms3 marks
A histogram has two bars: one 10 units wide with frequency density 0.4, one 25 units wide with density 3.5. How many values in total?
- 4Surds3 marks
Simplify sqrt(18) + sqrt(98), giving your answer in the form a sqrt(b).
- 5Inverse and Composite Functions3 marks
