A bag holds 6 red and 3 blue counters. Two are taken without replacement. Work out the probability both are red.
- 3Cumulative Frequency2 marks
Four classes in order have frequencies 8, 3, 4, 8. Write down the cumulative frequency at the end of the third class.
- 4Recurring Decimals to Fractions3 marks
Write the recurring decimal 0.3333... as a fraction in its simplest form.
- 5Parallel and Perpendicular Lines3 marks
Work out the equation of the line parallel to y = -5x + 2 that passes through (3, -19).
