Where do I get printable practice?

Printable GCSE Business Worksheets

A useful GCSE Business worksheet should carry the case-study extract on the page, not just a list of definitions. Students need space to annotate the business, show break-even, cash-flow or margin calculations, and write justified recommendations where the marks sit in the judgement.

This comparison is published by Revision Library, and Revision Library appears on the list below.

How this list was made

This comparison was reviewed on 16 September 2026 for AQA, WJEC and Eduqas GCSE Business. I judged each resource by whether it gives students an unseen business to read before they answer, because GCSE Business is assessed through application to a scenario and many free sheets stop at term recall. I then checked whether the questions make students use details from the case, show finance working where needed and justify a decision against the mark scheme, before comparing that with Revision Library's GCSE Business library and Business Pack Builder.

Revision Library

Best for free printable practice with mark schemes

A definition-only worksheet can make GCSE Business feel tidy while training the wrong habit. The GCSE Business library is more useful when a student needs to read a short business scenario, pick out relevant details and build an answer around that company rather than around a memorised paragraph.

That format matters because Business marks often come from application and judgement. A printed sheet can place the case-study extract beside the questions, leave working space for cash flow, break-even, revenue, costs and profit margins, and still give room for a final recommendation. The Business topic guides are better for checking a concept first; the worksheet should then test whether the student can use it.

Revision Library separates GCSE Business from A Level Business and supports AQA, WJEC and Eduqas at GCSE. The Business diagnostic is a practical starting point when it is unclear whether the issue is weak knowledge, calculation accuracy, case-study application or evaluation.

For a targeted homework sheet, the Business Pack Builder can pull together related areas such as sources of finance, cash flow and break-even. For quick term recall, the Business flashcards can sit before the printed task, while Business revision formats helps vary practice between calculations, short responses and longer recommendations.

BBC Bitesize

Best for broad free coverage across every UK curriculum

BBC Bitesize is the BBC's free revision service, covering GCSE-level subjects in England and the equivalent qualifications in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with revision guides, video, audio and quizzes across a very broad subject range.

BBC Bitesize is useful when a student needs free explanation of Business terms before attempting written work. Its guides and quizzes help with understanding, but it is not mainly a printable case-study worksheet source with full mark schemes.

Save My Exams

Best for revision guides alongside practice papers

Save My Exams is a revision platform for GCSE, IGCSE and AS/A Level, with revision notes, exam-style questions, flashcards, mock exams and past papers across more than two dozen subjects. A free account gives access to some content; a paid Premium tier unlocks the rest.

Save My Exams can help students combine notes, exam-style questions, flashcards, mock exams and past-paper support. For printable GCSE Business worksheets, check what is available without a paid plan before relying on it for a full class or revision block.

Seneca Learning

Best for free AI-marked practice questions

Seneca Learning is a free-to-use revision platform with interactive courses, an AI-marked question bank and an AI study companion; a paid Premium upgrade adds further features. Its own level list runs from Primary and KS3 through the 11+, GCSE and iGCSE to A Level and the IB.

Seneca is helpful for quick recall and interactive checks on common misconceptions. It is less close to the printed GCSE Business task where a student has to annotate an unseen business, show finance working and justify a recommendation in prose.

Tes (Teaching Resources marketplace)

Best for teacher-shared resources across many subjects

Tes Teaching Resources is a marketplace of resources uploaded by individual teachers, spanning early years to secondary and special needs, rather than a single curated corpus. Free and paid resources are listed side by side.

Tes can be useful for teachers looking for extra GCSE Business classroom materials. Quality varies by uploader because anyone can contribute, so each worksheet needs checking for board fit, accurate figures and a mark scheme before it is used.

How to choose

Look for a case-study extract on the worksheet itself. If the sheet asks only for definitions of stakeholders, market research or limited liability, it may help recall, but it will not prepare the student to apply ideas to an unfamiliar business.

Check the finance space before printing. Break-even charts, cash-flow forecasts and profit-margin calculations need working lines, units and a follow-up sentence about what the figure means for the business decision.

For longer answers, the mark scheme should reward the reason for the recommendation, not only the business term used. A stronger worksheet asks the student to choose, justify and qualify a decision using details from the extract.

Nearer the exam, pair topic sheets with GCSE Business practice papers or Business past-paper practice so the student has to move between marketing, finance, operations and people without being told the topic in advance.

Use the GCSE Business 2027 revision guide as the planning layer, then choose worksheets for the weakest task type: calculation, application, short explanation or justified recommendation.

Frequently asked questions

What should a GCSE Business worksheet include besides definitions?+
It should include a short business scenario, data or figures where relevant, questions that force application to that business, and a mark scheme that shows how knowledge, application, analysis and judgement are credited.
How can a printed worksheet help with break-even or cash flow?+
It gives students space to draw a chart, lay out a forecast, show formulas and correct arithmetic before writing what the result means. That interpretation sentence is often what turns a calculation into a Business answer.
Are GCSE Business worksheets useful for longer recommendation questions?+
Yes, if the sheet includes a case-study extract and enough answer space. A good task asks the student to use evidence from the business, compare options and finish with a judgement that explains why one option is stronger.
Should I use GCSE or A Level Business worksheets?+
Use GCSE worksheets for GCSE Business. A Level Business uses longer case studies and more demanding evaluation, so the A Level Business revision websites guide is a separate level guide rather than a harder version of this worksheet route.
