Worked example. Worked example (Move a Letter): Move one letter from CRATE to AN so that both remaining groups of letters form real words (do not change the order of the other letters). Which letter moves? Answer: C. Removing C from CRATE leaves RATE, a real word. Inserting C at the front of AN gives CAN, another real word. Test each letter of the first word in turn: only one letter, when moved, will leave two real words with the remaining letters in the same order.
