Monologue A (80-120 words): L'ete dernier, j'ai travaille comme benevole dans un centre de jeunes pres de chez moi. J'ai aide a organiser des ateliers de sport et des sorties a la campagne. C'etait fatigant mais tres gratifiant parce que j'ai appris a diriger un groupe et a parler avec des adultes differents. Grace a cette experience, j'ai trouve un petit emploi pendant les vacances et je gagne assez pour payer mes livres pour l'ecole. Maintenant je pense que le benevolat m'a aide a etre plus organise et a mieux comprendre quel travail je veux faire plus tard.

Monologue B (80-120 words): Depuis quelques mois, j'essaie de vivre plus sainement. Le matin je prends un petit-dejeuner leger et je vais a l'ecole a velo quand le temps le permet. Le midi, j'evite les plats trop gras et je choisis souvent une salade. En hiver, j'ai tendance a prendre le bus parce qu'il fait froid, mais je sais que marcher est meilleur pour mon corps. Le weekend, je fais de longues promenades et j'evite de rester assis toute la journee pour reduire le stress.
