- Plans for next term: near future or simple future tense (je vais, je vais essayer, je voudrais), study strategies, attend extra classes, ask teachers for help
- Use at least two tenses: present, perfect (j'ai participe), near future (je vais faire) or simple future (je ferai)
- Range of language: comparatives (plus interessant que), connectives (parce que, cependant), opinion phrases (a mon avis, selon moi)
- Accuracy: correct agreement, verb forms, basic punctuation and accents on candidate paper
